George Elfond is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rallyware, a leading enterprise gamification and workforce engagement technology company. Rallyware is a technology that enables companies effectively onboard, train, and continuously engage their distributed workforces. As a result of implementing Rallyware, companies see on average more than 30% increase in employee productivity and over 40% increase in retention. Based in Silicon Valley and being constantly exposed to numerous innovations, George strongly believes the future of workforce effectiveness will highly depend on engagement practices and technologies that the companies utilize. Rallyware provides deep learning AI-based mechanisms to provide and enhance those best practices for the companies in any industry. George received his MBA from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School. He also received his BS in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science and BA in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.
